The 4Srm™ model is a complete methodology and a set of tools for managing relationships with suppliers. Process is based on 4 steps as follows:
- Segmentation of potential procurement categories for SRM programs, utilizing methods and segmentation tools, including Kraljic matrix, Bensaou matrix, A + ABCD analysis and manual methods.
- Selection of appropriate suppliers for the SRM programs, using proprietary tools and A.Cox’s matrix for example.
- Strategy, whole process of creating the SRM strategy, using following tools: VIPER, RAQSCI, Opportunity Analysis, Risk Analysis and other.
- Supplier Exit – creating a plan and strategy for terminate cooperation with the supplier.
